General Rules

 

• Daily attendance: Arrive by 8:00 AM.

• Introduction: Introduce yourself to professor and resident at the start.

• Clinical participation: Attend clinics, wards, and emergency psychiatry sessions.

• Attendance log: Obtain professor’s signature for each session.

• Educational sessions: Participate in classes, morning reports (Sat, Tue, Wed), and weekly conference (Mon).

• Child psychiatry clinic: Attend at least one child & adolescent psychiatry clinic.

• Leave policy: Maximum 2.5 days leave with prior approval.

• Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality, no patient names in notes, always carry ID.

Evaluation

 

• Attendance: 8 outpatient sessions (incl. 1 child psychiatry), 8 ward visits, 1 emergency psychiatry.

• Logbook completion required.

• Final exam: Multiple-choice test on last day.

• Grades:• Professor’s evaluation (20 points)

• Written exam

• Attendance & logbook

• Reason for referral (RFR)

• Chief complaint (CC)

• Present illness (PI)

• Past psychiatric history (PPH)

• Medical history (MH)

• Habits

• Family history (FH)

• Personal history (PH)

• Mental status examination (MSE)

• Differential diagnosis (DDX)

• Suggested treatment plan
